People Development Manager – Learning & Development (m/w/d)
What this role is about and who we are looking for
Technology moves fast, but for us, it's the people behind it that matter most. You'll help us build out our Learning & Development function from the ground up and turn it into the go-to place for growth at Anexia – from individual development paths to the implementation of initiatives that actually make a difference. You help people grow, both professionally and personally, going well beyond organizing training sessions, and you stay involved in making it happen day to day.
Your tasks
- Help shape and build out people development at Anexia, currently with a focus on knowledge sharing, career development, leadership development, and competency management
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on individual development opportunities, career paths, and skill building
- Advising our business units on continuing education decisions
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating our continuing education programs—particularly those of the Anexia Academy with a focus on real impact
- Developing digital learning and knowledge-sharing formats
- Independently implementing organizational and human resources development projects for our business units across the entire Anexia Group, as well as actively participating in day-to-day operations
- Preparing key performance indicators and reports relevant to human resources development
Your profile
- A completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, etc.), ideally with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of solid experience in people and organizational development
- Experience designing and building HR development processes and tools, and a strong ability to identify and prioritize development needs
- Solid knowledge of common people development methods
- Strong IT affinity and enjoyment working with digital tools, along with an interest in AI and a willingness to engage with it
- A self-driven, structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and advisory skills, persuasiveness, and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations (mainly within Austria)
What we offer
An environment where you can take ownership, contribute your ideas and build sustainable solutions with experienced colleagues.
