What this role is about and who we are looking for

In your role as Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of small to medium-sized technical customer projects, from handover through to completion. As a key point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and our customers, you will ensure structured processes, transparent communication, and high-quality, contract-compliant delivery. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and will grow step by step into greater responsibility.

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to the management of customer projects, including creating and continuously maintaining project plans with milestones and dependencies
  • Plan and coordinate internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments
  • Continuously monitor project status and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage changes and handle escalations responsibly, with a clear focus on solutions
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards, and KPIs
  • Close projects, including formal handover to operational teams and alignment with Accounting on billable services
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success as a central interface with direct impact on the customer
  • Actively contribute to the shaping and continuous improvement of processes, interfaces, and monitoring and reporting structures

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification in an IT environment
  • First experience in project management, ideally in planning and delivering IT projects (including through internships, entry-level roles, or project work)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, or network environments, as well as an understanding of technical contexts
  • Good communication and facilitation skills, and a confident, professional presence when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured and self-driven way of working, and a high level of quality awareness
  • First experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira or similar) is an advantage
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
