After a comprehensive training phase, you will be the first contact person for our customers’ inquiries. This includes providing customer support by telephone or e-mail as well as product-related advice. - Customer contact enjoyment and a certain IT affinity
- Interest and willingness to engage in further professional training
- A communicative personality and a team player
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge in FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, SSH, is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Experience with a web hosting product (own domain, own blog or similar) preferred
- Willingness to work also on weekends
