You are responsible for making sure that back office operations and the daily agendas run smoothly. General office organization tasks such as correspondence (with customers, business partners, employees, etc.), handling mail, managing orders and answering phones are just as much a part of your role as personally receiving and hosting visitors. You will oversee the fleet management and coordinate all travel management.

- Commercial qualification (HASCH, HAK, apprenticeship etc.) or relevant professional experience.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Able to work well independently, with a meticulous approach to your work.

- High level of service orientation and flexibility.
- Friendly, confident manner and smart appearance.
- Open and communicative personality.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
