#Profile

• Establishment of a legal in-house department including a management position covering legal areas of contract law, corporate law, data protection, risk management and compliance
• Independent handling of legal tasks in the areas of  general civil and contract law, commercial and antitrust-law and IT & Data protection law
• Development of solutions due to complex legal questions and aspects covering also all relevant risks (legal, commercial and financial risks)
• Establishment and maintenance of a group-wide contract database
• Set-up and maintenance of draft contracts and templates for internal and external purposes (e.g., NDA)
• Keeping track of current legislative changes and court rulings as well as implementing and coordinating necessary legal measures to comply with these regulations
• Close cooperation with the data protection team and mutual support in data protection issues / matters
• Coordination with our international external legal team
• Interface with external partners (international lawyers, notaries)

#Wanted

• Law degree with special focus on data protection and commercial law, as well as contract law and competition regulations
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international company or a business-oriented law office
• Experience in IT industry or cloud service area as well as basic technical understanding are mandatory as well as a high affinity for information technology
• Good understanding of legal and business contexts
• High team and service orientation and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner even under high time pressure
• Excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
