#Profile

In close cooperation with the executives, you take over the handling of recruiting projects throughout Germany. You create job profiles, pre-select candidates, coordinate appointments and support the interviewing process.

As the main partner for recruiting platforms in Germany, you are familiar with the current job portals and social media channels and know the latest trends. You are involved in the development of new recruiting strategies for the German market and support the selection of recruiting initiatives (tools, media, etc.). The expansion of our active sourcing activities as well as the selection and subsequent support of external partners are also part of your tasks. In addition, you will represent our company at regional recruiting fairs and know exactly which networking events are indispensable for us.

#Wanted

• Completed commercial or technical training, preferably with a focus on human resources
• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the IT industry
• Knowledge of the German job market, especially job portals, as well as knowledge of recruiting processes, tools and methods
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High social competence and sensitivity
• Team player:in and hands-on mentality
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
