As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical bridge between our sales teams and our customers' needs — you translate complex IT requirements into concrete, actionable solutions, making the difference between a good conversation and a won deal. #Profile

• Design of individual cloud and hybrid architectures based on the Anexia portfolio: Virtual Data Center, Managed Hosting, Colocation and customized IT solutions
• Identification of the optimal combination of on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, including tailored sizing and cost-efficiency analysis
• End-to-end support throughout the presales process: from requirements gathering and technical workshops to compelling customer proposal presentations
• Creation of technical concepts, architecture diagrams and solution documentation as a basis for customer offers and internal alignment
• Close collaboration with Sales, Service Owners and Technical Teams, with direct incorporation of customer feedback into solution refinement

 

#Wanted

• Completed technical degree (university, FH, HTL) or equivalent experience
• Experience in designing IaaS solutions: virtual servers, storage, networking and firewalling
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM and VMware
• Understanding of common network topologies: VLANs, load balancing, DDoS protection and Anycast
• Experience with hybrid cloud scenarios, cloud connect solutions and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with managed database or Kubernetes environments and understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a genuine passion for solving complex challenges
• Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
