• Contact person for managers and employees in all HR development matters
• Establishment of the HR development process and responsibility for all Learning & Development projects for the entire Anexia Group
• Planning, implementation, evaluation, and support of all internal and external training and development measures
• Establishment of a modern learning platform considering future-oriented competencies and skills
• Independent, proactive implementation of organizational and HR development projects as well as organization and support of conferences and events
• Ongoing maintenance and further development of the qualifications matrix including role descriptions
• Preparation of HR development-related key figures and reports

#Wanted

• Completed studies, ideally with a focus on HR
• Professional experience in personnel and organizational development
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills, team player, and organizational talent
• Low willingness to travel (mainly within Austria)
• Knowledge of digital tools and IT affinity is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
