#Profile

In this position, you will be the team leader for our People Management team within the Anexia HR team. In doing so, you will lead and coordinate various HR projects, ranging from contracting to a company-wide training plan. You will support our Head of in internal HR quality management and in the development of reports and concepts for strategic direction.

In addition, you will act as the central point of contact for HR development topics, drive the establishment of a HR development process and be responsible for the development and optimization of Anexia's HR development strategy.

If required, you support the team in labor law issues and are jointly responsible for the entire employee life cycle.

#Wanted

• Several years of professional experience in a position of comparable responsibility as well as experience in HR project management or personnel development
• Initial leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High social competence and sensitivity in dealing with employees
• Knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage
• IT affinity desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
