As Team Lead Customer Support you will take over the management and coordination of the team with the goal of strengthening and expanding the team structure in the long term. You will analyze the currently applicable processes as well as the draft concept for the further development of the team and coordinate the corresponding implementation. You are responsible for the expansion and the ongoing development of the existing support structures and processes and also support the team in dealing with operational tasks. In case of challenging customer requests, you always see the opportunity to coach your team and make process improvements. Furthermore, you ensure the quality of the cooperation with involved departments, channel corresponding requests and ensure a smooth process.
experience in the field of customer support
First leadership experience as well as experience in KPI based team management
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Service-oriented way of working and high service orientation
IT affinity, technical interest especially in the field of web hosting
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
