ANX.labs for HTL Mössingerstraße
Anexia equips a state-of-the-art laboratory for more than 1000 students at the HTL Mössingerstraße in Klagenfurt.
HTL Mössingerstraße has a new, state-of-the-art laboratory starting at the 2024/25 school year. The ANX.labs enables more than 1,000 students at the technical school in Klagenfurt to receive individual lessons in the basics of electronics and technical informatics. Teachers can put together independent work islands to suit their teaching needs. “Nothing static, but everything flexible,” says Burkhard Grabner, who implemented the project with his teaching colleague Bernhard Wurnitsch. Components, tools, measuring devices, laboratory power supplies etc. are selected and combined specifically for each teaching unit. This enables students to work in groups on specific solutions to various problems in the fields of biomedical and health technology, electronics and technical informatics as well as electrical engineering.
ANX.labs enables practical training
“ANX.labs demonstrates a new, innovative concept for modern teaching,” says Hubert Lutnik, Director of HTL Mössingerstraße. “It is another example of the good cooperation between the HTL and the regional economy, which benefits our students.” The ANX.labs was equipped by the international cloud and internet service provider Anexia, headquartered in Klagenfurt. “Anexia is a very innovative company with modern management approaches,” says Lutnik, who emphasizes that HTL Mössingerstraße has already been named Carinthia’s most innovative school for the 8th timeIn his eyes, innovation meets innovation. “HTL Mössingerstraße can proudly claim to be the school of the future,” says Isabella Penz, Education Director of Carinthia.
