Maintenance of the Jira support ticket queue and communication with the internal operations team
Analysis and prioritization of support tickets
Implementation of configuration changes on Linux systems or the virtualization stack for problem resolution or root-cause analysis
Creation and preparation of tickets for developers
Integration into an agile software development team
Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Excellent Linux knowledge
Experience in testing complex systems
Knowledge of KVM or other virtualization technologies is a plus
Experience in software development or software operations as well as support experience is desirable
Excellent German and English skills
