As part of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for all accounting tasks, demonstrating not only a team-oriented spirit but also a willingness to take ownership of your own area of responsibility.
#Profile
- Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
- Prepare and submit advance VAT returns and summary reports by the deadline
- Ongoing account reconciliations and independent resolution of open balances
- VAT assessment of domestic and foreign business transactions
- Primary point of contact for tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies
- Active participation in budgeting and internal reporting
#Wanted
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, ideally with a background in accounting
- Passed the certified public accountant exam or currently preparing for it
- Experience in financial reporting under the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and in-depth knowledge of Austrian accounting regulations (BAO, UStG)
- Strong numerical aptitude combined with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as a willingness to proactively drive initiatives forward
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and automation, as well as a passion for new ideas
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
