#Profile

• Actively shaping and futher developing corporate communications - from strategic direction to hands-on execution
• Providing communications support for change, transformation and cultural initiatives
• Modern storytelling around strategy, culture, achievements and the people at Anexia, as well as developing authentic content for our community
• Advising leaders on the definition and management of key communication messages
• Managing, maintaining and continuously improving internal communication channels such as newsletters and the intranet
• Conceptualizing and producing content across various formats including text, visuals and video

#Wanted

• A degree in communication, marketing, media studies or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Professional experience in corporate communications, ideally with an agency background or in a similarly dynamic environment
• You speak the language of the tech audience and reach them through the right channels
• You have a strong instinct for modern communication and know how to apply current formats and trends effectively
• With a high level of social competence, you communicate confidently and appropriately across all levels – from top management to specialist teams
• You work independently and proactively, with the energy and enthusiasm to drive creative ideas forward in a structured way
• Very good written and spoken German and English
