• Execution of operational IT procurement activities for software and hardware (network equipment, servers/storage, laptops, etc.)
• Supplier management and supplier evaluations: selection, improvement of existing supplier relationships, continuous quality improvement and ensuring purchasing processes
• Requesting and evaluating offers and negotiating prices and conditions
• Documentation and master data management
• Handling of complaints and warranty claims

#Wanted

• Completed business or technical education (apprenticeship, Matura, HAK, FH)
• Professional experience as a procurement manager or in a comparable position
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and services (client and peripheral hardware, server, network, cloud, ...) as well as IT hardware and software products
• Accuracy and independent way of working
• Enjoy communicating with various stakeholders and specialist departments (suppliers, consultants, engineers)
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
