Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback
Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback
Collaborating with relevant internal interfaces as needed
Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments
Creating reports for business analyses for the purpose of improving service quality
#Wanted
- Experience in creating and analyzing reports and dashboards (knowledge of eazyBI and MDX desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of service, quality, or process metrics
- Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
- Good technical understanding of web hosting, domains, and vServer, or willingness to learn
- High degree of initiative, willingness to learn, and commitment
- Knowledge of software development (especially JavaScript) is an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
