• Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback

• Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback

• Collaborating with relevant internal interfaces as needed

• Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments

• Creating reports for business analyses for the purpose of improving service quality

#Wanted

• Experience in creating and analyzing reports and dashboards (knowledge of eazyBI and MDX desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of service, quality, or process metrics
• Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
• Good technical understanding of web hosting, domains, and vServer, or willingness to learn
• High degree of initiative, willingness to learn, and commitment
• Knowledge of software development (especially JavaScript) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
