In this diverse position, you will be part of our IT team and one of the central contact persons for technical IT questions and problems that arise. The job will include providing customer support by phone or email and advising customers about products.
- Basic knowledge in FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, SSH
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Fluent in German
- Good knowledge of English
- Pleasure in teamwork and communication
- Willingness to work on weekends as well
