#Profile

• You are the first point of contact for technical inquiries regarding topics such as domains, SSL certificates, vServers, email, DNS, and other areas
• Proactive communication with customers via email/ticket system and telephone to ensure fast and customer-oriented solutions
• Independently carry out small troubleshooting tasks and technical configurations
• Management of web hosting environments and support with website migrations as well as their configuration
• Prioritization and dispatching of incoming tickets and alarms to internal departments
• Careful documentation of all work steps and solutions in the respective systems

#Wanted

• Completed technical education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, HTL, university) or comparable professional experience in the IT sector
• Basic understanding of networks and experience in handling domains and SSL certificates
• First experience in Linux and/or Windows server environments advantageous
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and high willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of working with different departments
• Excellent German skills and very good English skills in spoken and written form
