#Profile

Being a part of our HR-Team of nine, you support and advise our employees in all matters of HR management. Having completed an intensive introductory phase, you will support our Senior HR Manager and are jointly responsible for the entire employment cycle, ranging from Onboarding to Offboarding. Particularly, the creation of employment contracts and staff-related documents, the processing of tax- and insurance inquiries as well as the preparation of the monthly personnel accounting are your area of responsibility.

• Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK)

• Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity in employee relations

• Proficiency in IT is advantageous
• Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
