#Profile

  • Technical end-to-end responsibility for the further development and scaling of a Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform for Anexia customers
  • Lead role in the development and operation of highly available Kubernetes clusters, including design, review, and quality assurance
  • Establishment and continuous improvement of CI/CD and GitOps standards, in particular using GitLab and Flux, across multiple teams
  • Strategic advancement of the managed Kubernetes service, including roadmap definition, technical decision-making, and evaluation of new technologies
  • Design and implementation of complex Kubernetes controllers and operators, for example to automate control planes and customer clusters
  • Responsibility for the stability, security, and performance of the platform in day-to-day operations
  • Mentoring and technical leadership of engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance

#Wanted

  • Several years of professional experience as a Kubernetes Developer, Tech Lead, or in a comparable role
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including architecture, internals, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Very strong Go skills, ideally in the context of Kubernetes controllers and operators
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible is a plus
  • Deep Linux expertise and a strong understanding of networking, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructures
  • Experience in technical leadership, decision-making, and ownership of code quality and architecture
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
