- Operation and monitoring of our World Wide Cloud and our Backbone Europe
- You work on various projects such as upgrades of PoPs, migration of customer setups, etc.
- Customer support (initial contact with customers as a specialist or network engineer)
- Analysis and solving of incidents
- You work closely with other departments such as System Operations, System Engineering, or Data Centers.

Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge in handling network hardware (routers, switches, etc.)
Experience in using common network monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana / Prometheus, etc.) is advantageous
Knowledge in IP routing as well as dynamic routing protocols IGP/EGP (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) desirable
Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
Excellent German and good English language skills (spoken and written)
