#Profile

• Design, implementation, and operation of highly available firewall clusters in multi-tenant environments and virtualized firewalls
• Configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting, including on-call support
• Development of modern security architectures (e.g., zero trust, network segmentation, VPN design)
• Consulting and technical support for our customers
• Further development and optimization of existing network architectures
• Independent project work (e.g., customer takeovers, new installations) and participation in automation initiatives

#Wanted

• Several years of relevant professional experience; completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.) desirable
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies (ACL, NAT, VPN) and experience with security solutions and technologies (e.g., web filtering, IDS/IPS)
• Experience with Linux system tools and common monitoring applications
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Knowledge of Fortinet Firewall CLIs is desirable
• Experience in creating scripts in Python is an advantage
• High willingness to learn, reliable and accurate way of working
• Participation in on-call duty
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
