As Product & Engineering Lead (Domain Lead), you take full organizational and technical ownership of your team and act as the central point of contact between your team, the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), the Chief Solution Architect, management, and other teams. You carry real ownership – from product strategy to budget to customer satisfaction. This isn't factory-line development; it's responsibility for a product you help shape.

- Direct technical and organizational leadership of your team: planning, prioritization, and coordination
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability
- Onboard new team members and support their professional and personal growth, including regular feedback conversations
- Provide technical guidance and distribute tasks within the team
Operations & Delivery
- Ensure monitoring, operations, deployment, and support are covered
- Take full responsibility for your product's deadlines, scope, and budget
- Own incident management, major incident handling, and SLA compliance
Steering & Reporting
- Own customer satisfaction – including gathering feedback and feeding it into the product and strategy
- Manage the team's projects: planning, progress tracking, and dependency management
- Own risk management: identification, assessment, tracking, and mitigation measures
- Act as the main point of contact for the CTO (plans, budget) and the Chief Solution Architect (technology & architecture)
- Drive decision-making processes, including involving the CSA on ADRs and the CTO on DRs
- Report regularly on usage, customer growth, and churn
- Escalate risks to the CTO early

- A relevant degree/qualification and several years of experience in software development or operating software products
- Strong technical understanding to collaborate with the Chief Solution Architect as an equal
- Solid grasp of security, high-availability, and resilience requirements
- Open to AI-powered workflows and using modern tools to make your team faster and better
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

- Strong communication and facilitation skills, and a natural team player

- Proven experience leading teams, whether in a technical or a people-management capacity

- Experience with risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation)
