(Senior) Brand Communication Manager (m/w/d)

As a (Senior) Brand Communication Manager, you are the voice of our brand—both internally and externally. You don’t think in terms of individual campaigns, but rather in terms of the overarching story our brand tells, and you ensure that this story is conveyed consistently across every channel, in every format, and at every touchpoint. In doing so, you keep an eye on both the big picture and day-to-day operations.

#Profile

  • You translate management’s guidelines into a concrete brand strategy, thereby defining the content direction of our brand communication.

  • You implement this strategy and coordinate the development and expansion of our brand communication across various channels, ensuring a clear, recognizable brand perception.

  • You develop targeted communication campaigns tailored to the current market situation and our corporate goals. This includes, for example, video shoots or interviews with senior management.

  • You’ll handle communication with influencers, partners, and journalists.

  • In your day-to-day communications work, you’ll also pitch in wherever the team needs support—whether it’s drafting copy, coordinating with internal teams, conducting research, or managing ongoing projects.

#Wanted

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in comparable positions

  • A degree in communications, marketing, media studies, or a comparable qualification is a plus

  • A fundamental interest in IT: You speak the language of the tech audience and are skilled at communicating through the channels this target group uses

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Ability to work well in a team, high level of self-motivation, and a solution-oriented, proactive work style

  • Willingness to travel and creativity—you’re willing to travel to various netcup locations from time to time

  • Practical experience in PR and content creation (graphics, video, text) is a plus
