#Profile

In this position, you will be responsible for the reliable operation of our entire virtualization stack. Your core tasks include the supervision of hardware functionality as well as the management of repairs and maintenance work. You will oversee our host systems, ensuring stability, an early recognition and repair of disruptions and performance optimization of our virtual engines. By utilizing modern monitoring tools, you will supervise the environment ensuring smooth and stable systems. Moreover, you are responsible for troubleshooting and rapid error correction.

To warrant smooth operations, you will be part of a year-round, on-call team. In looking at the entirety of the host lifecycle - ranging from provisioning and installation to deprovisioning - we are able to think and stay ahead. We diligently manage our tickets, monitor open inquiries, and ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) times are met to guarantee highest customer satisfaction.

#Wanted

• Completed education focusing on IT (TU, FH, HTL)
• Advanced knowledge in the administration of common Linux distributions (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.)
• Good troubleshooting, documentation and analytical skills
• Knowledge in the administration and setup of common virtualization systems
• Excellent command of German as well as good English skills
