You understand internal and external communications strategically and enjoy leading and developing teams. You also have a passion for clear and effective communication and have strong project planning skills. You are an excellent team player with hands-on mentality and have a talent for presenting complex topics using simple, understandable terms.

#Profile

As Team Lead Communications, you will manage and develop the team. You will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring communication strategies and initiatives. This includes internal and external communication channels, events and projects. You will work closely with the management, marketing and HR teams to ensure that all communication efforts are coordinated and aligned with the company's goals. You will take responsibility for monitoring and implementing communication policies and work to refine processes and tools to improve communications effectiveness. Relevant experience in crisis communication is also part of your profile. You stay up to date on new communication trends on a regular basis and have a good understanding of technology topics.

Tasks:

  • Management and development of the internal and external communications team
  • Strategic orientation and implementation of communication measures
  • Advising management on communications issues
  • Responsibility for crisis communications and the establishment of corresponding processes
  • Promoting the personal and professional development of team members
  • Continuous development of communication strategies and processes

  • Relevant experience in internal and external communications
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong in planning and executing communications strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent skills in writing and communicating regarding complex topics
  • Experience working across multiple communication channels (online, offline, social media)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • A good understanding of technology topics
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize communications
