In this versatile and diversified position, you will take care of processing online and telephone inquiries from our customers. You will support the team in order processing and handling orders in the area of Internet and telephony. Requests regarding billing or auditing, as well as general customer billing activities, complete the multifaceted scope of duties.
Completed education or technical training
Professional experience in the telecommunications sector or corresponding know-how is an advantage
Administrative and organizational skills
Technical affinity and hands-on mentality
Proactive, structured and accurate way of working
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
