#Profile

As part of our seven-person HR team, you will support and advise our employees and managers on all HR issues. In particular, labor law issues are part of your daily agenda. You are jointly responsible for the entire employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your tasks include creating employment contracts and personnel-related documents, processing inquiries regarding tax and insurance law, and preparing monthly payroll accounting.

You will be involved in various HR projects (e.g. employee interviews and surveys, workshops, etc.) and process optimizations and, if necessary, provide support in the areas of work safety or payroll.

#Wanted

• Completed education, ideally with focus on human resources and professional experience in a comparable position

• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law

• Independent and responsible way of working

• High social competence and sensitivity in dealing with employees

• Team player and hands-on mentality

• IT affinity is an advantage

• Knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
