As an Inside Sales Manager, your focus is on providing support to existing customers and handling incoming inquiries professionally. The service portfolio includes cloud solutions (cloud hosting), managed hosting, individual software and much more. Together with your sales team, you manage the business development of our customers. Your knowledge of the market allows you to adapt to a wide range of personalities in all target groups and quickly find points of contact. Customer correspondence and database management (CRM), creating offers, order entry and order completion round off your area of responsibility.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, determination and technical affinity
At least two years of relevant professional experience in IT sales
Team player with a keen interest in new challenges
High self-motivation and service orientation
Fluent German is a must, good knowledge of English a plus
Enjoy continuous further training and a wide range of IT-related topics
Hands-on mentality, proactive and a structured approach to your work
Location: Wien, Klagenfurt, Graz
