• Completed education or professional experience in a comparable IT-focused role
• Expert-level Linux knowledge (preferably Debian/Ubuntu or their derivatives)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Experience with the Plesk hosting panel, particularly in conjunction with automation tools (e.g., CLI tools), is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
• Systematic and analytical thinking paired with a solution-oriented and independent working style
• Team-oriented, with a strong customer service and client-focused mindset
• Excellent German and good English language skills
