#Profile

• Leadership of a growing team of up to six remote team members in the Kubernetes environment
• Coaching and motivating team members while ensuring their future-oriented personal and professional development in line with existing guidelines and processes
• Contributing to the further development of the department in close coordination with the Director of Service Development
• Development of a Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform for Anexia customers, including the provision, management, and operation of Kubernetes clusters
• Utilization of CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab) in a GitOps workflow based on Flux
• Further development of the managed Kubernetes service
• Writing Kubernetes controllers (e.g., for automating control planes of customer clusters)

#Wanted

• Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL)
• Leadership experience, ideally both disciplinary and technical, as well as in a comparable corporate environment
• Experience with Go and Kubernetes
• Linux knowledge and understanding of the interaction between networks, server applications, and distributed systems
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible is desirable
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
