#Profile

• Creating, maintaining, and optimizing documentation for the netcup Help Center
• Writing content tailored to specific audiences (German & English) with a clear focus on clarity and added value
• Independently gathering and compiling all relevant information to ensure high-quality documentation
• Maintaining and refining terminology within the documentation
• Conducting proofreading and quality assurance measures
• Graphical presentation of content, as well as the creation and integration of screenshots and graphics
• Assisting with communication training or conducting it independently

#Wanted

• Completed technical qualification (technical college or university) or  relevant experience in technical writing preferable
• Very good knowledge of English and German (Impeccable spelling and grammar and a highly skilled writing style are required)
• Independent, structured, and precise approach to working
• Strong communication and team skills
• IT affinity and a generally good technical understanding 
• Experience with documentation tools and CMS (such as Confluence and Strapi) is a plus
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
